Our Story
VillenaSeafood was founded on the observation that Thailand’s coastline spans two major bodies of water — the Gulf of Thailand and the Andaman Sea — each with distinct fishing grounds and species. By establishing operations across both coasts, the company could offer international buyers diverse species processed to international standards through a single partnership.
Through subsidiaries in Songkhla, Ranong, Pattani, and Trat, headquarters in Ban Laem, Phetchaburi, and PT. Arafura Seafood in Sorong, West Papua, villena Seafood now covers Thailand’s most productive fishing regions and Indonesia’s Arafura Sea — one of the world’s richest marine areas. The result is a company that can offer global buyers 30+ species across five major categories, processed to international standards, with full traceability and documentation support — all through one partnership.
First Exports
Commenced export operations to key Asian markets, establishing initial supply chains for shrimp and tilapia products from the Gulf of Thailand.
Certification
Achieved HACCP, BRC, and FDA certifications across primary processing facilities. EU approval numbers obtained for European market access.
Expansion
Established subsidiaries KST Co., Ltd. (Songkhla & Ranong), Teppitak Seafood Co., Ltd. (Pattani), TSF Seafood Co., Ltd. (Trat), and PT. Arafura Seafood (Sorong, Indonesia), expanding operations across Thailand’s coasts and into Indonesia’s Arafura Sea fishing grounds.
